Welcome to École J.E. Lapointe School!

École J.E. Lapointe School was named in memory of Reverend Joseph Eugene Lapointe, parish priest of St. Vital de Beaumont parish from 1945 – 1956.

The school first opened its doors in May 1978 with approximately 250 students. Today the school provides instruction for approximately 440 students in grades 6 to 8 in regular English and French Immersion classes.
