Good News: Walk for Water at JEL
What a success! On April 27, each of our classes transported a jug of water through a defined path, raising awareness and funds about the need for all in our world to have access to clean water. Our students practiced valuable skills while being a “village”, such as collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, communication, problem solving, cultural and global citizenship, and personal growth and well-being. We saw so many examples of students working together to figure things out, sharing the load, and being good to each other while demonstrating care for others throughout the world. We are also thrilled to have raised over $2000! We are so proud of you, J.E. students! Click here to see a parent composed video of the event!
