Our BYOED network will be discontinued in the next few months. This will mean
that students will only have access to the division’s WIFI on registered devices.
● PD Day Friday, November 1 – no classes
● November 6 – Grade 9 Outdoor Pursuits going to Vertically Inclined, please
complete PowerSchool permission form and vertically inclined waiver.
● November 8 – Grade 7 Outdoor Pursuits going to Vertically Inclined, please
complete PowerSchool permission form and vertically inclined waiver.
● Pizza Tuesday is Nov. 5- Orders must be placed by Monday, November 4 at 3pm
on PowerSchool. As the Pizza is not individually wrapped we are unable to set it
aside for absent students.
● Our Grade 7 Immersion students are fundraising for their 2025 Quebec trip. If
you’d like to support this fundraising effort please click the following link Purdys
Fundraiser. Orders will arrive the week of December 9th..
● Students & Parents please be advised the homework tab is up and running on
our website https://ejels.blackgold.ca/
● Should your child be sick or away from EJELS on the day of hot lunch,contact
the office before 10am at 780-929-5977 to have your child’s hot lunch pulled for
pick up
