ÉJELS School Council and Parent Association

The school council is a collective association of parents, school staff, and the school principal who work together to advise the principal, other administration, and the school board respecting matters relating to our school and pertaining to our student’s education. Our mission is to support and enhance the quality of learning and development for all students at École JE Lapointe School.  We also want to assist in developing a well-informed parent body. Parents and guardians of students attending École JE Lapointe School are automatically members of the school council.  All parents are welcome to attend the School Council meetings and we urge parents to take an active role in the school council so that it will continue as a vibrant and supportive group.  The monthly meeting dates for the 2023/2024 school year are posted in the weekly updates and are listed below.
