Once your child(ren) is/are registered, click on the “Orders” heading

Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
Please note: DAY OF HOT LUNCH: Should your child be sick or away from ÉJELS on the day of Hot Lunch, you must send an email to the Hot Lunch coordinator (jelapointehotlunch@outlook.com) BEFORE 10:30 AM to have your child’s lunch pulled for pick up. Please do not call the office. If you do not email, the lunch will be resold or given to another student.

    Pizza Tuesday orders for September AND October are now available to order online through PowerSchool. Please note that your order is not complete until you have paid for your order, if you are unsure that your order went through, you will be emailed a receipt, if you do not receive an emailed receipt, then the order did not go through. 
  • The Division's insurance partner, StudyInsured, has Voluntary Student Accident Insurance that is optional for parents to purchase.   • Term 1 Option Fees have been added to student accounts. Please check PowerSchool regularly and pay any outstanding fees.
  • Phys Ed/Walking Permission forms are on PowerSchool and required for each student to leave school grounds as a part of class - eg. Terry Fox walk, tennis courts for Phys Ed, etc.
  • Birch Bay GR.8 field trip permission form on PowerSchool.
  • Strathcona Wilderness Centre GR.7 field trip permission form on PowerSchool.
  • GR.7 French Immersion students interested in attending the Quebec trip June 2027, the permission form is now on PowerSchool.
