- It is essential that the verification process be completed before Friday September 25th, 2026. Completion of this form ensures that we have accurate information for emergency communication. If you fail to complete this form, your child's ability to leave school grounds for walking field trips, class field trips as well as participating in school teams, class/team photos or being recognized in other school materials may be compromised
Reminder Verification Form Instructions:
Step 1: Visit https://powerschool.blackgold.ca/public
Step 2: Login using your Parent Access Account.
Step 3: From the left-hand menu select “Student Enrollment Verification”.
Step 4: Confirm the information is correct for each of your children registered with Black Gold School Division.
Step 5: Repeat steps 1-4 for every one of your children registered within Black Gold School Division.

Enter access code JEL
Complete the rest of the registration form
Click the “Register Now” button at the bottom
Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends ÉJELS
Once your child(ren) is/are registered, click on the “Orders” heading
Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
Please note: DAY OF HOT LUNCH: Should your child be sick or away from ÉJELS on the day of Hot Lunch, you must send an email to the Hot Lunch coordinator (jelapointehotlunch@outlook.com) BEFORE 10:30 AM to have your child’s lunch pulled for pick up. Please do not call the office. If you do not email, the lunch will be resold or given to another student.

Pizza Tuesday orders for September AND October are now available to order online through PowerSchool. Please note that your order is not complete until you have paid for your order, if you are unsure that your order went through, you will be emailed a receipt, if you do not receive an emailed receipt, then the order did not go through. - The Division's insurance partner, StudyInsured, has Voluntary Student Accident Insurance that is optional for parents to purchase.
